Where is Oguma from?

We originated from Japan, discovered by Dr. Oguma from Shinbashi, Tokyo. Deciding to apply his discovery in the field of skincare, we relocated to Taiwan where it serves as our headquarters. Our products are all manufactured and produced in Taiwan.

I have sensitive skin, is it safe to use Oguma products?

Sensitive skin is often a result of poor hydration and nutrition in the skin. Our products are designed specifically to counter this problem, treating your skin with rich nutrients and moisture. However, do note that even though our products contain all natural ingredients, it does not guarantee to be 100% safe. If you find your skin having an allergic reaction or feel any discomfort, cease using the product immediately.

Are your products all natural?

Yes, all our products contain only natural ingredients. Some contain ingredients from the sea, like Brittany salt and our famous Ion Complex Elite for instance. While others contain extracts from plants and in some cases, hyaluronic acid.

What is the difference between Mitsuion and AllDay Spa?

Mitsuion and AllDay Spa are virtually identical in terms of contents and functions served. The difference is the AllDay Spa comes with a small bottle of Hyaluronic Acid, a natural ingredient found in our own skin cells.

It is used by our skin to maintain moisture levels and when applied in the AllDay Spa, it helps your skin retain as much moisture as possible so your skin feels and appears hydrated, plump and healthy.

How can I find a specific product?

You can find any products by using the search button on the menu bar, or at the bottom of the page. Simply enter the name of the product you are searching for and it'll take you right to it.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products typically have a shelf life of up to 3 years.


What happens if a product I bought is out of stock?

If you've purchased a product that is currently out of stock, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for us to ship it out to you. If you bought a few products together and only one of them is unavailable, we will send you the rest of the items first, and when your product is back in stock we will send it to you at no extra charge.

How long does shipping take?

Once you've ordered, it will normally take between 1-3 days for it to reach you. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once the product has been sent out.

What are the countries you deliver to? 

Currently, our shipping is limited only to Singapore. But we are working on expanding to neighboring South East Asian countries, and eventually Europe and the Americas.

How am I notified of my orders, promotions or sales?

You will receive email updates from us whenever you place an order. You can follow our social media accounts linked at the bottom of the page to keep up with promotions or sales. You may also subscribe to our email list to get all forms of updates, as well as tips about using our products and regarding skincare.


What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, ranging from credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apply Pay and Google Pay. You may also opt for cash on delivery.

What should I do if I’ve been overcharged for my order?

If you have been overcharged, please notify us immediately via email or submit a form on our Contact page. We will either issue you a full refund or just the overcharged amount.
