Are your products all natural?

Yes, all our products are formulated with natural ingredients instead of synthetic chemicals

Where are the products from?

Our products are designed and manufactured in Taiwan

Are your products safe to use on all skin types?

Yes, all our products have been tested by a certified dermatologist and have passed all safety requirements. While we keep our products safe on all skin types, certain products formulated with hyaluronic acid may cause irritation if you have very sensitive skin


Do take note of the products that contain hyaluronic acid and avoid them for the time being

Are your products safe to use on sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, avoid products that contain hyaluronic acid for the time being. 


Otherwise, all other products are safe and gentle on sensitive skin.

Do you do testing on animals?

No we do not do testing on animals, all our products are 100% cruelty free

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you offer shipping?

We currently only ship within Singapore, we will be expanding to other countries soon

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders placed before 9pm will be shipped out the next day with the exception of Sunday. 


Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $3.90 for domestic delivery. 


We offer free shipping for orders above $50.

When will I receive my order?

Within 1-3 business days

How do I check the status of my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a link to track your parcel

Can I return my order?

Should you change your mind, you can contact us within 30 days of your order and request a return. 


Do note that products that have already been opened (including plastic wrap) or used are not eligible for refunds.

When am I eligible for a refund?

If the items you received are damaged or were not what you purchased, you can opt to get a replacement sent or request a refund.

How will I get my refund?

The amount will be refunded to the payment method you used within 14 business days.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After you place an order, you will receive an email sent to the email address you provided with your purchase. Please check your junk/spam folder as well in case our email was filtered. 


The order confirmation email does not mean your order has been shipped, a separate fulfilment email will be sent.
