Are your products safe to use on all skin types?

While we keep our products safe on all skin types, certain products formulated with hyaluronic acid may cause irritation if you have very sensitive skin

Do take note of some products that contain hyaluronic acid and avoid them for the time being

Are your products safe to use on sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, do avoid products that contain hyaluronic acid for the time being. 

Otherwise, all other products are safe and gentle on sensitive skin.

No we do not do testing on animals, all our products are 100% cruelty free.

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently only ship within Singapore, we will be expanding to other countries soon

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders placed before 9pm will be shipped out the next day except for Sunday. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday.

How much is shipping?

$3.90 flat fee for domestic delivery, free shipping for orders above $50.

How soon will I receive my order?

Delivery time within Singapore is 1-3 business days

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a link to track your parcel

Can I return my order?

Should you change your mind, you can contact us within 30 days of your order and request to return. More details will be provided then on how to return.

Do note that products that have already been opened (including plastic wrap) or used are not eligible for refunds.

When am I eligible for a refund?

If the items you received are damaged/wrong, you can choose to get a replacement sent to you or ask for a refund.

What is your return policy?

The retail prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After you place an order, you will receive an email sent to the email address you provided with your purchase. Please check your junk/spam folder as well in case our email was filtered. 

The order confirmation email does not mean your order has been shipped, a separate fulfilment email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
